Trade-in Your Device

It’s Simple. You trade-in your old device for an instant cumulative APEX in-store credit toward your new purchase.

You can trade in many Apple and third-party devices, including Samsung and Google smartphones, tablets, smartwatches and Mac for an APEX in-store Credit.
If your device isn’t eligible for any trade-in value, you can still recycle it with APEX for free.

It depends on the device, model, manufacturer, and condition.

We accept devices that power on and are in working condition. Our condition descriptions are clearly stated to help you make the proper selection. We give you complete price-range visibility to make it easier, which means no surprises. The price you see is the price you get. It’s fast, easy, and no haggling! Based on the final condition given by our Sales Expert, you can choose to accept or refuse to trade-in your device. The last call is in your hand.

No problem. We can put the value of your current device on your APEX in-store account that you can use anytime.

This credit can only be redeemed in-store, and it cannot be transferred or used for online purchases.

The value credited to your APEX in-store account from your current device(s) can be used within a period of 12 months from the date of activation.
Please ensure that you utilise the credited amount within the specified timeframe, as it will expire after 12 months.
